HANNAH WALLACE is the
Founder and Director of Adoptions International. After years of experience as a Social
Worker, for the Department of Public Welfare and for the Get Set Program, while raising
two stepsons, Hannah worked as a counselor with adolescents in an alternative school in
Philadelphia. During this time, she completed her training at the Clinical School of the
Family Institute of Philadelphia, and is a certified Family Therapist. Infertility and
loss of a child led her into adoption. While adopting her daughter from Honduras, Hannah
started the agency, Adoptions International, and became licensed in Pennsylvania and New
Jersey. Hannah is a member of the Family Institute of Philadelphia and has been on the
Board of Directors and Vice President of the Joint Council on International Children's
Services. She is currently Chairperson of the Guatemalan Country Caucus, of Joint Council
agencies.

DORIS KLEE
has been the Program Director for Adoptions International since 1994. A lifelong love for
Latin America was forged when Doris spent two years in Peru, in the German Volunteer
Service. When she returned to Germany, she worked for NATO, and then for UNICEF for many
years as Director of Greeting Card Marketing, and was an active member of that
organization's policy planning in Geneva and New York. In 1985, Doris returned to Peru to
live and work, and developed an Adoption program in conjunction with Adoptions
International. This program provided extensive counseling services to birthmothers,
excellent foster and medical care supervision, and Doris initiated many services for
birthfamilies, including educational projects, family reunification programs, and training
programs leading to financial independence.
Doris' familiarity with Latin culture has been invaluable in forging strong and postive
relationships with our overseas partners. |

| ADOPTIONS INTERNATIONAL
maintains Representatives for the agency, who work with families in their geographic
vicinity. These representatives hold frequent Informational meetings, but also will meet
individually with families (pre-application) by appointment, to answer individual
questions families might have. |

| FRAN ANTMANN is A.I.'s Representative for the New York
Metropolitan area. An award winning photographer and anthropologist, Fran's interests took
her to Peru in the 80's, where she lived for many years, developing a true appreciation
for Latin culture. When Fran decided to adopt in 1998, impressed with her communication
skills and "simpatico" philosophy, Adoptions International invited Fran to work
as our Representative in New York. She has been of invaluable assistance to the families
who've worked with her.
Fran is the devoted adoptive mother to her daughter, Yasmin, adopted from Guatemala in
1998. As Fran lived with Yasmin for many months, during the adoption process, she
became very familiar with the Guatemalan adoption process.
